Were the moon landings faked?

hehe they've got another guest doing why the universe is only 4000 years old. While James Ushers research was pretty good he never quite resolved the issue with the Chinese being able to trace their royal family back to 6000BC through written records. This raises some interesting philosophical issues as it means that at least some of our history was faked as a test of faith but then you can take this logic further. If God started civilisation half way through then how do we know it didnt start last tuesday and our entire lives are a planted memory. Or infact perhaps there is no world and we living in the spiritual version of what programmers call a 'sandbox' where god is seeing what we would do if he did create the universe. Anyway Im going off on one and making it up as i go along but it worked in my head.

Who is to say he was 'enlightened and loving' ... i am sure he is spinning somewhere [about how is being represented..] but how things are now.. it seems his teachings fall short in 'enlightened and loving' .

That site is great, no doubt that it was faked.

 

I don't mean to be cruel or anything but anyone who actually thinks, I mean ACTUALLY THINKS THE MOON LANDINGS DIDN'T OCCUR has got to be a precious innocent (if SHE is young and/or cute) or a flaming idiot (if it's anybody else!). LMAO!!!

 

cant they just look through the hubble telescope & see if the flag is on the moon, or did they put the flag on the side that cannot be seen from earth?

 

The flags and lunar modules are too small to be seen by Hubble, or any other existing telescope. Even under optimum conditions, the lunar modules would appear as a single pixel out of millions in a Hubble image.

The Japanese are launching a lunar orbiter which should have sufficient resolution to provide clear images of the Apollo landing sites. Not that photographs are going to shut the hoax twits up... They'll just claim that the Japanese are now part of the conspiracy!

Me and my dad spent a couple hours on this. We found as much photos as we could, of the moon. A lot of the pics have the exact same background (hills and what not) but they say they are in different places. But who knows.

 

Can you provide any examples that were taken on DIFFERENT MISSIONS?

Images of mountains far off in the distance will appear more or less identical when the camera is moved tens of feet between exposures. This effect is commonly called parallax, and can be seen in in similar situations here on earth. Simple trigonometry, not a conspiracy.

Mountains on the moon may be much farther away than they might appear to be, because the lack of an atmosphere eliminates the "haze" that helps us estimate distances here on earth. And longer distances enhance the effects of parallax.
