Probably about 20 minutes if I pace myself. I forget how many cookies come in the package any more. But I'd say 20 minutes is a fair estimate.
U wanna build muscle? Heavy weights once or twice a week split - but not so you're aching for 6 days after. And 5 or 6 x 30g meals of protein every day. Get those 2 right and *everyone* gains weight. But u need proper programme. PS just eat cals and u'll have arms like pipecleaners and a belly like a walrus.
You really think I don't know that? I know how to work out. Used to do it all the time. I just don't know how to pack on the pounds. Even when I worked out regularly and ate like an ox I still hit a ceiling around 165. I just really have a hard time packing on weight.... or I just don't know what I'm doing.
I tried that too. The trick is to eat breakfast. If I skip breakfast I can almost go a whole day without being bothered by hunger. If I eat breakfast, I'd better be prepared to eat more because my body starts burning shit up like mad.
Oh I'm starving all the time on this new diet. I can't really help you since I can easily gain weight but have one hell of a time getting rid of it.
