Sorry about missing thurs, this week has been a mess. 255, I guess not sleeeping, not exercising, and not cooking lead to increae in weight gain? Gee who knew.
hi all, I'm still hovering at 158-159. I have offically decided to try to lose 15 lbs by late Feb. somehow it feels like it won't be as hard as I'd thought... Cutting my calories to about 1400-1650 a day. Gonna eat whole foods and minimize sugar and bread. I'm going to attempt to workout 5-7 days a week for at least 20 mins including tai chi, rebounding, walking, stair climbing, elliptical machine, weight lifting, and floor exercises for arms, legs, abs and arse.
oh my goodness, meep meep... 5-7 days a week work out ... I hope I´ll do 2 days a week or some work out at all... *g*. (I´m having a real disciplin (spl) problem *g*.) Ah well, I gained weight again... height: 1,66 m start: 80.5 kg current: 73.1 kg goal: 55-60 kg Yesterday I started to count those weight watcher points again... Hopefully I´ll stick to it more longer than all the times before... *g*.
192.5 -lost a pound and a half. I'll admit, i didn't do any exercise, exept for yesterday, when i did 25 min on a stationary bike. But I'll work on improving my work outs this week.
I´m a bit confused right now... last thursday morning it was 73 something kg and this morning 70 something kg??? Can that be?? 'Cause I don´t think so...
Last thursday morning I weighed in at exactly 150. This morning, exactly 148. Very happy! I really put forth the effort in terms of eating right and staying active this past week. The exercise really seems to be helping. When I lost the 15 pounds through diet change alone between August and November, I was averaging a pound a week; hopefully the addition of exercise will continue to keep my average weekly loss above 1 pound.
i weighed in yesterday at 155. It would be nice if it is actual weight loss. I am starting school this week and I am going to try to plan my weekly workouts around my school schedule... Should be awesome!

143! I had trouble fitting in time to eat the past few days so that number is probably artificially deflated and my real weight is closer to 144-145...but still, damn it was good seeing that number.
i ate 3 mcdonalds burgers and a fry today.... and later tonight i'm supposed to have wine and pizza... naughty day. =) I'm still weighing in at about 154. I need to work harder on excluding junk foods from my diet. Today I walked the 6 flights up to my class and only used the stairs when I went anywhere in the building. i think i'm going to try to leave for class early and walk up to class. all my classes are on the sixth and ninth floors except 1. i have a really hard time leaving for class ontime.
