Final yield (that wasn't stolen) off the monster jack herer plant + cheese plant.

Pictured...1 jar of cheese, 8 jack herer. Friend took another jar of jack with him and there is enough scraggly looking buds left to fill another 2 jars, but we'll be turning that into oil this weekend.

Jack herer (the monster)...camera died on me so you're stuck with pics of these not-so-juicy buds. I'll get better pics of better buds tomorrow or on the weekend when I rotate the jars.






Plus...an update on the plant I found. Turning all pretty n purple from the colder weather (I'm assuming). Will be chopping it soon, but the hairs are still pretty white so I'd like to leave it for another week at the very least, but we've already had a little frost.

White balance is off in this phot, making the plant appear more purple than it really is.

How does it taste?

 

The cheese smells really weird at first, but once you bust it it smells fabulous. Smoked a little taster nug today and got pretty high. Tastes kind of minty...still a little moist, definitely needs to cure longer.

If you've ever had jack herer you know it's got a unique smell. Very pungent, but spicy/peppery with citrus hints. Smokes very smooth right now...can only imagine how good it will be in a few more weeks once it has properly cured.

stings when smoking.. had to make ghetto bong, peppery airy high.. speedy high too..
