Personally I believe sending USPS overnight is better than actual FedEx.

They need a warrant to open USPS. Fedex/UPS can be opened as its a private carrier.

 

i'd rather spend that $25 on overnighting to just go find a bag in whatever town im in... no reason in turning a 60 into an 85

Did he get busted by the pat down or by the image scanner? First thing I said is the crotch is not the way to go and hasn't been for a long time. Obviously if they pull out a bag of nugget in a room of 1000 people they have to turn you over to the law, what do you expect them to do just shove it back in your underwear? Carryon luggage or checked luggage, as I've said is the safe way to transport personal amounts of drugs.

 

I kind of agree with that. A couple joints in the cigarette pack works wonders while you try and score.

 

One point that seems to be missed in this discussion is that irregardless of the particular state you are flying out of/into and their MJ laws, once you cross state lines it becomes a federal offense and not subject to state laws. Once you are in the air, federal jurisdiction takes over.
Those of you that think it's no big deal because you have a med card or your states laws are lenient better maybe re-think it.
Now a lot of places most likely won't bother too much over small amounts, but keep in mind you could be facing federal charges, not state.

@Skip... San Diego?? They have the same laws about MJ as Northern Ca., so what's the thing about San Diego?

Also, if you are going to carry drugs through an airport don't look like a tour wook. My guess is you work at a headshop and your boss fits the bill as a pot smoker.
