I do have to wear a bra at work (regulations), but outside of work, I usually only wear one when I have a shirt on that my nipples would show through.
I have found that it is wearing a bra that makes my back hurt when I'm not wearing one. Confused yet? When I wear a bra too long or too often, my boobs hurt when I take it off, meaning I wear it even more, which makes my back hurt when I take the bra off. When I go braless more often, I don't have those problems. When my bras do not fit correctly I have the most awful upper back pain. Are you sure you are a DD, or maybe your band size is too big and your cups too small?? If your bras fit correctly to begin with, you wouldn't need two of them when you exercise. I'm a 34H, which cup-wise is about the same as a 42DD (I think). Since it is so much easier to find DD bras than it is to find H cup bras, I can get away with buying 42DD front closure sport bras, and then shortening the band in the back to fit me properly. But mostly I have to order my bras online.
I was fitted a couple times recently, so I'm pretty sure I'm wearing the right size. I wore the wrong size for about 2 years (was wearing a 40C), and when I started wearing a 38 D or DD (changes with birth control pills and my period, so I own both) it got a LOT better. If I'm just going to take a shower or go to bed without a bra I'm fine, but I just feel more comfortable with one on. After years of it being really bad (They grew in really damn fast, the smallest bra I ever remember buying was a 38C), I just found this system I have going really works, my back pain is so much less now. And I wear two bras when I exercise becuase I use a push up to shove em up, and a sports bra to hold them in place. My boobs aren't the most firm things in the world, they're just a little saggy.. I found it just works really well, I tried just using a sports bra, but it's more comfortable with a push-up underneath, kinda stabilizes em...
I wear one because I would feel like trailer trash if I didn't. D cups over here. If I had little perky ones, I'd go free all the time
what kind of place do you work that makes it their busy to know what your wearing underneath your clothes. What if you wear a thick enough undershirt so you are not protruding? wow maybe I'm off but that sounds alittle to close to sexual harassment to be legal anywhere.
Usually I wear a top instead of bra. It's more comfortable to not wear a bra. But hey, ban the bra! Or like I use to say, if guys don't have to - I don't.
i usually wear a bra when i go out to work and bars and whatever but i don't usually wear one when i'm at home.
I really wish that I had smaller breasts. I'd love it if I wasn't all boob in my shirts and I seriously miss running without breasts.
I'm a 36 ddd... and I have spinal issues... I'm in a great deal of pain even when i do wear one....I'd give anything to go with out!
God bless all breasts, poops, nipples from all sizes, shapes, and colors. :shower: PS. what is hell is wrong with the air condition ?
would someone please explain to us the mystry world of poops & Bras I mean what is bigger 36 C or 36 D, and what the hell is DDD (sounds interesting). enlighten us pls.
Regulations are no good - agree with you. "Show TROUGH", you mean .. Really !? - that strong ?- amazing.
I always thought mother nature is not very mercifull concerning gravity, but would that go for all sizes ?! Interesting - defying gravity - wow - must be some kind of a poops. By the way why most of you call them Poops, Breasts sound sexier. None of my business i know ! I agree still with you, no bra makes you la la - no complaints here - not at all.
