Can of fruit cocktail and a can of pears is all I can have for the first 12+ hours of the day. I'm hungry already and I just finished eating them.

The only time in years I get a flu shot and it got me sick. I rarely get sick sometimes it takes a few years between episodes and I never get the shot. My mother asked and I said yes, never again. She says I am crazy no you are injecting the flu into me that's how my body learns to resist it. Guess the virus was not dead yet.

From what I remember, you can't actually get the flu from the flu shot.

I never used to get it, but I started once I was around newborn babies. Now my doctor recommends that I get it because I'm on an immuno-suppressant drug.
