    I only use gatorade for that. Electrolytes you know!

    Not all city water in a long shot.

    if you like water get yourself a water distiller. distilled water is pure, everything bad is left behind. you don't need all those rock minerals anyway. you get (organic) minerals from the food you eat

    I drink rainwater. I have been doing so for many years and it has never made me ill. Trouble is when i go away, I don't like the taste of tap water.

  8. I drink tap water.
    Have heard that Alcohol can dehydrate you.
    Water is supposedly better for you.
    Although water does make you go to the toilet a lot

    both are capable of being overdone. overdoing either can be deadly.
    it does however take a great deal more of water then it does of anything else to do so. unless its in your lungs.

    there are two principal attractions to mind altering substances;
    one is the need for a replacement for imagination for those who mistakenly associate adulthood with the lack of it,
    and the subconscious obsession with forbidden fruit resulting from age apartheid.

    relaxation and relief from anxiety are good things however.
    i think its unfortunate that a relaxed, informal and creative life style have come to be associated with their consumption however.

    not meaning to criticize anyone's pleasure, if they actually find any there.
    but i really think its a con game for people to expect to.

    maybe i'm just not entirely human or something.

    of course i realize this is one of those half way humor things,
    but its not in my own nature to leave anything unanalyzed.
