ANYONE CAN CLAIM TO BE GOD. BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE MAN IN HISTORY WHO FULFILLED THE 300 PROPHECIES OF THE OLD TESTAMENT. AND THAT PERSON WAS JESUS CHRIST. WHAT PROPHECIES DID YOUR GODS FULFILL?

Your faith in the Lord is just wonderful. I would brotherly suggest that just live with that. You do not need to prove any point to anybody. In fact, it is beyond our capacity to fathom the greatness of Lord Jesus. Do we at all qualify to judge Him? He prayed to God and thank God that He did, today we have learnt from Him to pray to God. Whether He was God or not is not the point. The point is if God has become everything then why He cannot be Lord Jesus Christ! And whether He became Jesus Christ or not who of us has the power to know that! We are such unfortunate sons that one of us in these forums even had the user name : Jesuswasamonkey.

So, brother, I would reiterate that have your faith in Him and look forward to reaching your goal with all your love and devotion for Him.

My goal is to reach as many people for Christ as I can. The Bible tells us that there are three that bare record in heaven, the Father, the Word,(Jesus) and the Holy Ghost, and these three are ONE. Telling people about the good news, is why we Christians are here. If I spend my whole life telling people about Jesus, and only one person responds, it will all be worth it.

No Christian even acts like Jesus! Jesus would be a LIBERTARIAN, yes! He would be AGAINST Capital Punishment, majority of CHISTIANS are FOR it! He would be prolife, but he would let people do what they want, he was a passifist. Christians make a mockery of the man, and I'm not even a Christian!

 

Well I don't support Capital Punishment, and Jesus did say that many would come before His throne on the last day telling Him of wonderful things they did for Him, and Jesus will tell them, depart from Me, I never knew you. And Jesus did say, that many would worship Him with their lips, but their hearts are far from Him. I would say the one's who really make a mockery of the man, are the one's who pretend to follow Him.

 

The Bible says whosoever believes on His name will be saved. I believe if people are confused as to who Christ really is, but believe that God has raised Him from the dead, and call on His name, they will be saved. The theif on the cross did not have much time to consider who Christ was, but when he said Jesus remember me when you come into your Kingdom, Jesus responded and said, today, you will be with me in paradise.

 

I suggest that you are taking advantage of the fact you know that Christians will of course admit their faults or be all too aware of bad examples.
So you know you got a great angle to exploit and you sure do.
Having said that,
I think if you really stopped and looked at people fairly you would see that Christians are generaly improved and go a better path as far as they do follow their Christianity.
As the general rule they spend alot of time trying to improve things, learning about peace and love and forgiveness and avoiding crimes and these sorts of things.

But again, you can get away with riding your angle because you know they cant help but agree.

campbell34, you did not answer my question. I wanted to know weather you believe Jews and Muslims will enter heaven. If is obvious that what you claim is the only way to heaven is not the same view Jews and Muslims have. So once again, do you believe any life long Jew or Muslim will enter heaven?

 

Jesus said that no man comes to the Father but by me. If a Jew, or a Muslim, or anyone else believes that they can get to the Father and ignore Christ, they will be mistaken. And if what Jesus Christ said is not true, then Jesus Christ would be nothing more than a common liar.

And even if those who reject Christ got to the Father, can you tell me how they earned their Salvation.

And keep in mind, the God of the Bible is not impressed by numbers, for He destroyed the world by a flood, and saved only nine people.

 

Jesus was human who managed to convince others in what he believes......

 

Jesus had to be just a little more than human, because if you recall, He fulfilled the 300 prophecies of the Old Testament. And all of those were written hundreds of years before He showed up.
