I would say yes. But I smoke, drink and eat when I feel like it. Not good. If your current sleeping patterns leave you feeling good - cherish it. Forget the wake up issues.
My daughter was nearly impossible to wake up every morning. I had to start waking her up hours before school started. When she rebelled against me and lived at my best friends house. My best friend finally got fed up with waking her up. Now she sets alarm clocks across the room from herself but it still does not always work. I noticed just the other day when she crashed at my place she slept through my homemaker cleaning around her. Even though she slept in the living room and when I came downstairs and woke her up she said, "Oh no I missed my Spanish class again." Even though she is in college now it is still a problem for her. I have no solutions for you but at least you know you are not alone. Others have the same problem.
