Hell, do you ever sleep. Seems like you are on here all the time or do you post in your sleep? I was up 6 minutes before time to get up this morning.

Who are you talking to? If me - I sometimes leave myself logged on. I also post while I'm at work. So it may seem like I'm here all of the time. I do sleep, play, and take showers etc.

Haha, lol........Its just my passionate love for this wonderful HF.
And 6 minutes earlier, ahhhh, you are so lucky and I am so jealous.
And just today, my mom had to scream to wake me up and still I took at least 30 minutes to do so. :(

Maybe if you slept on your left side there would be more blood flowing to that side, and you would hear an alarm clock:

I tend to sleep on either side through out the night - so perhaps that's why I find it hard to sleep through 8 hours, and generally sleep in blocks of 3-4 hours.

Ah interesting thought, I had no idea there is so much science involved in sleeping and waking up. ;)

It's very interesting. I've awoken from a deep sleep and seemingly a profound moment to discover I was sleeping with my head off my bed and way too much blood rushing to my head. Imho, there is definitely a correlation between your bodily position and the sleep you have, and how you wake up.

Oh, yes, you are right actually.
What a bio-chemical sciencee it is. Ahhhh......
I was never good with the sciences and that is why I am bad with sleeping and waking up. ;)

No you won't. When you hit mid-life your bladder will wake you up frequently.

Not quite. I'm in my mid-mid life crisis. You still get frequent wake ups calls due to your bodily decline.

    Oh, sorry to hear that.
So, waking up is associated with age somehow. Is this what we can establish?
