Anyone receive in the US? How long did it take from when they said shipped? I'm assuming we're still talking about the 2c-i sale.
I have a first order through them and my order was "Shipped" last Monday, but I have yet to receive anything. It seems there are a lot of people having trouble with the vendor. Somebody mentioned a tracking number, where did you get this from? I was never given this. My mail runs in like 30 min so maybe it will be in there today. I will update.
The tracking number is only for canadian customers as they /we recieve expresspost,but i have yet to hear anything from them , as of tommorow it will be 10 buisness days since i recieved the shipped e-mail.And it has been 15 buisness days since the order was filled and the money accepted!
I saw this thread on day 1 and had a feeling nobody would receive. The feeling was based on nothing in particular. I suppose I was just feeling pessimistic. Only time will tell...
I just checked the mail and no package today. I sent another email to them (the 3rd one) and I still haven't received a reply. How long does it usually take to receive the shipment? I am really stating to feel like I've been ripped off. They mentioned on the news page that they were having money trouble and do any of you feel like this "sale" just may be a way to get a lot of orders before they close shop? You know, one last hit and run from them. Maybe I am just being a bit paranoid and they are just overloaded from the sale.
the sale appears to be very good value, so i wouldnt be surprised if they experienced an increase in orders. mine switched to "shipped yesterday, and i am waiting for the tracking code to enter the system.
I posted this once and will post it again... It says on their site that it will take 2-3 weeks for US customers to recieve. You will probably not get a response from them until the 3 weeks has passed and you still haven't recieved. Just chill, there is nothing to suggest that they are scamming. If you still haven't recieved 3 weeks after shipping then start worrying. They are damn near Alaska so that is a long way from a lot of places in the US, it is going to take a while for snail mail to reach you. As for the guy in Canada that hasn't recieved yet that is odd, I might be worried about that. But, shoot them an e-mail and see if you can't get it worked out. I am sure everything is fine; they are probably just swamped with orders and won't answer every e-mail before the allotted shipping time is up.
Has anybody received a package or email from these guys? Exactly two weeks today and I have not received either.
Today is my two week since "shipped" aniversary too, and I'm in Canada. Nothing yet, including no response to the several phone and email messages I've left.
Nothing yet for me either,i hope to hear from them soon! this is the first time that i have had problems with this company. and is very unusual for them to be this tardy,i have not been able to get through by either phone or E-mail,i have left a couple of messages on their answering service,and i have sent many e-mails to all their varied departments to no avail so far,hopefully he will feel bad about this mix up and send us extra,or give us a great credit on shipping next time.
These guys will take care of you just relax about it , sometimes it takes a couple weeks but they always deliver. You get your goods yet?
My paranoid side is worried. They said they were in debt in the News section a while ago because of taxes. Depending on how deeply they are in debt, they may be hitting the road and closing shop...and although they have been good sometimes in the past...and made up for their mistakes in the past...it's possible this is the end of the road and they will not deliver if they are desperate and in big trouble. My really paranoid side wonders if the gov used a tax angle to seize things and are collecting addresses now. Although it's doubtful that they'd go after buyers, especially because the fed analog act (in US) is not the easiest thing to use to prosecute. My hopeful side thinks they are way behind and are getting more behind as time goes on because people are sending multiple emails. I'd say only ask them once if you have a question...if they are going to answer, they will answer. Pestering probably will just make things worse if they are behind. The reality is, no one has heard anything. The only hopeful thing is that they did post something in News finally on the 25th...but even that was suspicious because it encouraged people to quickly place orders and send more money. It seems like if they are actually shipping someone would have heard from them. It seems like no one has heard from them or received anything in weeks. There's been no positive news (not just here, but other places). Even if they are behind, someone would hear something or receive something. In any case, there's not much to do but wait it out, and hope that someone has some contact or receives something. I don't think it'd be a good idea to place any more orders at this point...I'm glad I don't have anything outstanding with them right now, and although it's tempting, I'm not going to order until this is cleared up.
hi everybody... new member here, but i've been browsing these forums here for a long time and am a member on a few other related forums. I am in a similar situation to a few others above... Placed an order for some methylone a long time ago. I received a email notification that it was shipped on Monday, June 9th, and received an xpresspost tracking #. After 3 days i tracked it on canada posts website, and there was no record of it in the system. I contacted the company and told them about this, and never heard back. 10 days passed, and still nothing or no tracking record, so i sent a 2nd email to company with again no response. Sent a 3rd (polite) email last Friday asking them to check into this matter. Finally, yesterday i received a response to my 1ST email i sent them back on June 12th saying the shipment was taken to a canada post outlet that isn't computerized(!) and might not get into the system until it was delivered..? Coming this monday it will have been 3 weeks since a notice of delivery -- in the past (several orders with them over last couple of years...) it has always taken 2 or 3 days tops to get my package after delivery notification... It's frustrating to say the least .. and yet i haven't given up hope. I beleive i will get my order sooner or later. I went though the whole bunk 2c-i fiasco with them, and ended up receiving double my original order from them several months after i had given up all hope.
still no sign of my package being in transport at approximately 2 weeks from being marked as shipped. if it fails to arrive by friday i will officially become concerned
hrm, well it has been exactly 3 weeks and 1 day since emailed the shipped status. I'm def. Concerned now... Anyone receive anything?
Order "shipped" May 23rd e mailed ONCE(multiple emails wont help) about 3 and a half weeks after on the site notifying them, still waiting for response. The "new guy" must be a drug addict who doesnt know how to use a computer lol, im glad my outstanding order is minimal cause the longer nobody gets a response the shadier shits looking and my timing is terrible i'd probably have it if i ordered a few days earlier, does anyone have an incomplete order earlier then mine?
I wonder if this vendors occasional bad periods are just some sort of marketing tactic. He does a good job for awhile, then starts screwing up and not responding to emails. His customers get pissed off and then the entire community starts talking about him. Just when this buzz really starts to develop, he blames the bad behavior on "the new guy", fires him and then corrects all outstanding orders and goes back to being a good vendor again. I wonder if all the buzz that is created actually leads to greater sales once he goes back to being a good guy. Whatever the true reason is, its lame and it needs to stop.
