It's not dense at all, I've seen weed just like that before. Terrible weed, but oh well everyone has to put up with shitty weed sometimes.

 

I wouldn't say it's terrible...certainly not Ontario's best but I have seen worse weed around. But you should be able to get 3.5-4.5 of stuff like that for $25, $40 is steep.
