Yeah, but you live right next to DC... Northern Virginia blows. The highlight of your town is a freeway, a strip mall, and the springfield interchange.

Southeast Virginia kicks ass.

 

You're just spoiled to it. But I know what you mean... all the Northerners come down here. I work on the water now, so I can just jump in the bay anytime I feel like it while oystering and crabbing.

My preferences are the outer banks/crystal coast, The Grand Strand/Charleston, Savannah/Brunswick, and the gulf coast of Florida/Alabama.

Florida's gulf coast is unreasonably cheap if you know where you're looking and what you're looking for... most people won't take the time to drive to the Western part unless they're already on I-75. The Eastern section is overpopulated and has outrageous prices.

It's already 7pm, though, so I really can't get to Norfolk in time... and my feet are about to fall off. I was a little late getting home because I got stranded in a thunderstorm out on the bay and my captain/boss got sick.

I'm just wondering of Josh needs a place to stay, because we have a basement bedroom/living room and an extra room upstairs.
