Nora Jones released her most recent album on vinyl (dont ask why or how i know this) but they aren't in the same format as old records they're a bit thicker, and cost like $30

I just bought an ELP album (the works, volume two) in FUCKING GREAT CONDITION for 35 cents at a thrift shop. THIS is why I love albums :D I LOVE shopping for old albums in thrift stores, even if it does mean going through about 200 copies of the same Kenny Rogers and Anne Murry ones... It's worth it to find that one good album:D

SO I guess 8 year olds shouldn't play VHS's because those aren't their time? Are they just suppose to watch DVD's?

    Franz Ferdinand released a recold?
Didn't know that, I have almost all songs, though. :)

Do you like them? They rock, don't they?! :)
(as well as The White Stripes and The Strokes of those you listed - i'm not too keen on nofx and pearl jam, and other bands i simply don't know)

    Love,
    Borut

that is different really... but no i was never hating on vinyl, but it is Not our time, and cds are much more convenient and easy, as are mp3s. hey, can someone get up to turn the record?

oh, and tor, i don't like any of the bands you mentioned

edit* just read the rest of yer post tor...
yikes! lol... i have never seen someone get so hyped over music... music is not all that important to me to be honest, i havent been to a cd store in probably half a year now. when i get on here, i usually just listen to the classic rock station on launch, which i adore. and here is where i do most of my listening.

lol No its not man, its not the same at all.

we are discussing methods to play music, not music itself, dont mistake the catalyst for the result.

oh i did not notice you think it sounds different, as i said i music isnt really all that important, i cant tell the difference between the record american beautiy and the one i have on my computer.... s'all the same to me, really.
