I'm surprised no one has mentioned the "hitachi magic wand." It was designed as a Body massager (which does work great for back massages) but oh my goodness it makes her shiver when used as a vibrator. It is pretty large and has a wall plug...about a foot long with the messaging head but it is totally not meant for insertion. Look up some videos of girls using this thing and you'll get the idea
