Vegetarians and Dating

My boyfriend eats meat too. He's always like "HERE HAVE SOME MEAT" and I'm like... quit following me, biatch. I don't know how many times he's done that.

 

This is too all:
When people say...I love meat!
Say yummy...I love veggies!
Then if they go farther as to say veggies have feelings too...
bite into a carrot and say..."At least mine doesn't moo before it dies."

 

I've never ever ever dated a vegetarian. Not even one date and I've been veggie for 5 years. There is a severe shortage of vegetarians in my area, obviously, LOL.

I don't mind that my boyfriend eats meat. Well, that's not exactly true. I wish he didn't, but as long as he doesn't make me eat meat, I won't make him become a vegetarian. Vegetarianism is a choice. You can't dislike a person for making that choice, nor can you dislike them for NOT making that choice.

Sure I get weird looks when I tell people I'm a vegetarian, but usually their response is...well that's...INTERESTING. If someone isn't going to like me because I don't eat meat...well, then that's their problem.

Oh yeah and if I cook...my boyfriend knows he's not getting any meat with that. =)

 

That has never happened to me. But I bet it must feel really bad. Just because ppl put u down. I think ALL ppl should accept u for who u are not what u eat. They wouldn't like it if somebody did that to them.

 

I've never dated a non-vegan.

 

Alot of people ask me why I'm a vegaterian, they all think its weird but my current boyfriend is great he has no problem with it, never puts me down about it!
