Vegetarianism Rocks - But PETA s*cks

    i said its an arrogant.....etc, way TO BE. well....it is. do you disagree with that?
    you dont have to like what im saying....im not going to sugarcoat it for you so that your feelings dont get hurt or offended of whatever. helping to exploit and torture animals by buying and eating them is what is really offensive quite frankly.
    now i dont go around telling people this for the sheer fact that they will react as you just did....get all defensive in spite of the point (as you said you wanted to eat a steak just to spite my words). i KNOW that people dont like to be told these things (even if they are true) and saying in that way isnt going to help the vegan cause. but i wasnt trying to help the cause in my last post i was making a point.

    i try to do alot to help the cause though, and being aggressive or offensive is not how id ever go about it.

    But see, my point was that PETA does tell people these types of things and I see it as being very counterproductive to the cause.

    I believe that PETA has good intentions, however wrong tactics of operation. PETA is hypocritical and the violence associated with the organization is neither effective or productive for any cause.
