Using LSD to overcome social anxiety/gain confidence/kill insecurity?

    You're right, the faster way to bulk up is to hit the gym, eat protein, maybe a little HGH thrown in there . . . where to stop? ;) jk. I was giving advice to a specific individual, FreshDacre, and in his specific case I thought 50 pushups every morning and a 1 hour walk every night would make him feel much better after a few days. Pushups won't bulk you up as fast as weights but they still will do it. They are also free to do. The walk is for the heart, physically and psychologically.

    Push ups are beneficial, you work out a lot of muscles with them. And like Writer said, free!

    Where do I sign up?! Oh yeah! On the floor right here!

    Pull-ups are also great. They don't build "bulk", but they build lean strength. And bragging rights. If you can do like 15, you can win a pull-up contest with most totally built, ripped football player types. It's a power to weight ratio thing, just like building a ricer to beat muscle cars :p

    But, it will totally tone you, and get your metabolism moving, and build strength in a lot of areas.

    They can be hard to start, if you can't get up at first, instead of pushing it I suggest a week of starting at the top, holding as long as you can, and lowering as slowly as you can. If you're already way buffer than most stoner kids, disreguard this advice, and start pulling.

    Thing is, do you wanna look strong, or actually be strong. The two are not always the same. Do you want to look like a guy who spends 20 hours a week at the gym, or do you want the muscles for something other than looking good in the mirror?

    DUH writer.. Both. Be strong and look strong. Personally, looking for tone. And an easier time carrying trays at work xD thats a workout enough.

    Anyways yeah.. Do push ups on acid? I dunno.. Push ups are just as relevant as LSD. Except pushups give you results instead of goofy stories/memories. Epiphanies are cool though. I'm gonna do push ups on acid now.

    Saw this scrawny looking heavy metal dude that looked like he couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag break like 25 2x4s stacked on top of each other.

    His power he said, came from his chi. He explained how exercising and muscle building actually slowed down his chi practice.

    This is true, the guy who I buy mushrooms from is about 5'5, and his little monkey ass does all of the parkour shit, he knows every pressure point. He sits down and reads fighting books written by like.. Bruce Lee, and one time he was saying he could bring me to my knees with no force at all. So I let him, he copped at my colar bone and down I went.
