    Aeri... Kimchi everyday, with food. Even If it's just a little. You gotta keep with it for weeks and months, sometimes it can take years to get back a colony of proper gut flora. You'll be amazed the results.

    Yes, I was wondering this myself. I am hoping it's the latter. I couldn't imagine how awful drinking it straight would be. Plus it would start to eat the enamel off your teeth before too long.

    I use 2 tbs of ACV 1-2 times per day in about 10 ounces of water with about a teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
