Thank you gus for posting this thread. I didnt have the balls to! :p
Well anyways, i havent seen my girl in over a month... I have been experiencing pain in my balls from time to time, and I know its from not masterbating. I think its unhealthy. Sometimes I think its like those pains you get from fasting too though, once theyre over and you get past it everything is fine. Im scared. Maybe I should ask a doctor. Last night I had a "wet dream" i guess you could call it. In my dream I had this feeling that my penis was being tickled almost and couldnt stand it was too intense, and the dream i began to masturbate and immediately came, but when I woke up, there wasnt really cum, but there was a tiny bit.. Im scared

I don't know how old you are, but if you are under 40, check out your testicles for cancer by rolling each of them in your hands and if you feel any hard bumps or rough spots, see a doctor right away. Also check the tubes inside the scrotum above the balls - if one is enlarged you could have a varicocele (or varicose vein inside the scrotum), which could cause pain in your testicle. This is fairly common (I have one, and it has never bothered me unduly, although one testicle is a little sensitive).

You should see a doctor right away. Don't be shy about it --be candid with your doctor.

You could just have blue balls, nothing to worry about, just really uncomfortable. You might also have a cyst, I had one, it caused pains, but normally you shouldn't have to worry about those either.

"blue balls" describes the feeling of fullness or edginess created in your testicles when they have filed up with sperm which has not been released by intercourse, masturbation or a wet dream. You should not have pain in your testicles from this, but rather a feeling of needing release. Have your equipment checked out.

I have not heard or experienced that "blue balls" can "hurt" - the feeling is more of unease or discomfort than pain. If you feel pain in your testicles you should see a doctor.

I believe that at least every week or so, a healthy male should have an ejaculation, by intercourse or masturbation if not by nature's own way of eliminating unused sperm, a wet dream. Studies have shown that a well exercized prostate helps prevent prostate cancer later in life.

    Use it or lose it.
