a bra (when im dressed) pretty much all the time, but underpants/panties? hardly ever. i never wear short skirts so it's not really necessary.

mostly it's a comfort thing but it can also be fun. like if i'm serving a cute guy customer and it's like "if only you knew..." lol

I’ve gone 100% commando for so long, probably 10-15 years, I don’t think I even own any underwear anymore. While I was more daring in my youth, when I wear clothes I pick clothing that doesn’t make my lack of underwear super obvious. I also try not to worry about it if some of the outline of my penis shows. I’m human, it’s part of the human body after all. In my experience, almost nobody notices, and of those that do, nobody actually cares in a negative way. If needed, I can keep my erection under control or hide it.

I honestly forget underwear is even a thing. For example, when I go to my doctor or dermatologist for an exam, they’ll tell me to “undress to my underwear” and suddenly I remember, lol. It’s never been a problem.

If I have to wear clothes, going without underwear is the only way I can stand it..

 

I always go commando, lol wearing underwear is just another layer to take off when I get home

 

I haven't worn underwear for years. Now on those rare occasions when I do I hate it. Too hot on the crotch. My wife always asks me when we go out (she doesn't do the naked thing)... " what if we get in a car accident?" To which I reply.... "well if we end up in an accident where they have to cart me off to the hospital or in a situation where they have to get to a point where they know I didn't wear any underwear, I don't think I will be in a position where I would care much.".
