Im interested in my childhood friends home. hard to get any information for it. It has a nice roof and windows are still good. if it was on the market in back taxes Id try to get it. but still be like this one work work work. I do have a couple newly remodeled rooms, nice carpeting .. hard not to track filth from the other rooms right back into them.. I really thank the turkey because I hated that window. with the rot I discovered under not so bad. saved some money by stripping a storm window off the vacant house today. its perfect .. wish I could get the inside window out without power tool. wont need to spend nothing..

yes.. it will be a forever project .. steel doors and porches are done. but not railed up. like who needs railing when its doing the job.. hahah..

some ceilings and plumbing and a whole lot more windows to go.. I have a couple new windows but they wont fit the new broken one of course. they are for the attics and tiny.

Im even doing my own roofing now.. fuck everyone else. I brought the shingles thru the house, to the attic one at a time, the others down in the livingroom where turkey just crashed in.. my own nail gun. bought some belaying rope to tie myself to a harness off the chimney. little by little get in the mood nice day .. once this living room is finished the only thing left is gutting the kitchens to conjoin fully like I want "SUPER SIZE KITCHEN".. getting there. now my cheba rooms going be less expenditure outside soon enough. then I can relax a bit, before I work on my Mr Miyagi backyard..
