Try replacing milk products with lactose free on a couple of items, just see how it goes.. hope it helps

Oh, you might try a few soya products too..

As she grew older, and we had to start looking out of our comfort zone, it was terrible to discover what food products had milk in..

 

i just avoid milk

unless i need a good cleanout then i buy a chocolate milk..its like draino but tasty

I gave that kid at work until the end of Xmas and then he's gone. I felt so bad. He was in tears and hyperventilating. I just said it wasn't working out with the other crew. Having to be told 3 or 4 times and he still didn't get what he was doing. How he'd forget anything you told him, the fact that other workers had to keep pursuing him to do anything.

He told me that he had difficult learning and understanding and never finished school. No huge surprise there.

I spent much of yesterday morning my office near in tears. I had to send him home. I've too much empathy. You know I can't make myself happy, so I try and make others happy around me is the best solution to mental problems I face. If I can make someone else happy that's something. But I couldn't make him happy and I felt so bad about it. Like it had to be done but taking away an income from someone.. it's not a nice feeling. I even considered giving him my money for a minute. Maybe a second. I knew it was terrible to have him gone right there so basically I gave him 4 weeks to sort something else out. Hopefully he finds another job. Doubtful. He wants to join the military. Tbh id rather shoot him than know this guy is protecting my country lol. But I know with his learning difficulties he's not joining an army anything soon... maybe brainwashed into ISIS.

God he's such a dork. I just feel sad and hurt. I have never done that before.
