Ugh, what should I do?

seems he snipped too close to sew on hes got a bald spot
i think hes clipping all the loose hairs obsessively ss close to the scalp as he can//repeatted clippings must have made the dread roots very very thin in order to have clipped em by accident
the thin\g is, its good he learns now not to clip cause clipping will eventualy make the roots so thin and weak they wont suport the weight of the dreadss..


your options are..put that dread in your pocket as a constant reminder to not listen to these freinds hell when they bitch take it out and show them the result of theyre stupidity.

or
u can let the bald spot grow awhile and begin to dread then trey to reatach the dread..the attachment will be weak no matter what so u will have to be gentle on it
u can sew it on (prolly not a great way) or, i think the best way maybe undread about 1-2 inches of the base of the amputated dread..as new growth comes in, dont let it dread till its boit 2 inches
then take the 2 inches from each end mash em together so both 2 inches of loose hair occupy the same space then hemp wrap it tightly to hold and allow the 2 inches to dread together..u want at least that much to be able to hold wekll


but..i do think a dread in your pocket or in a pouch worn round your neck will be a constant reminder to not screw up just cause your freinds are ignorant

i have 3 beard dreads i carry in my fanny pack all the time
1 was the only hair i rver touched wax to (and i mean just touched..the wax touched the dread i instantly knerw it was bad, and spent years trying to scrape it out)
i know as lont as i cary that dread i will never ever care enough about friz or anything anyone says to make such a dumb mistake again.

 

i used to shave mine alot
noone could ever tell what was different but always said i looked better

but then when ya sweat u find they really do seve a purpose

I cut some loose hairs in the first couple of weeks of dreadiness stupidly *rolleyes* I have to cut it every month now otherwise I get a mini fringe I was such a twat!

 

mini fringes are so in though!

 

*Sighs* Well, at least it's in a place that's not really noticeable...

stop cutting it ..when its a few inches it will dreasd ..just let it get long enough to

 

keep the dread

use it to tie up your still attached dreads when they get long enough!
