Twitter - the new trend in social networking and...

yeah, i don't mind it, but this is my twitter.

 

Just when I've mastered Facebook another social networking trend has popped up!

 

Twitter is different to facebook, it's pretty basic. I like it. I'm talking to musicians from some of my favourite bands through it, I think that is swell.

 

I just signed up for twitter like 30 seconds ago.

Seems ok. Probably will turn out to be better than facebook, IMO.

It may be interrsting if you are networked with interresting people, it's not a lot different then the forums from what I've heard so far.

There's a note saying that Twitter is going down for 1 hour sometime soon. Could be related to that.

 

It's not really a communication tool like these others.

It's more equivalent to watching people through a glass window, only it's not wrong because they left the curtains open on purpose.....

That is why I like it. You're meant to volunteer snippets of the experiences
you are presented with, like little birds twittering to each other from trees. They can't see each other either, and we assume that they don't have a clue what they are twittering on about most of the time either. It's an opportunity to be abstract and unfathomable, something I generally like being whatever I'm be doing.
