No, this is a me doing a random physical labour job to make some extra money :D

I can`t do it man. I`ve had numerous jobs where I had to wake up at 5 am every morning and I just can`t do it. I wasn`t made for it. I also can`t fall asleep before 1 am. Every night I`d get between 7-8 hours sleep (I function better on 7 hours) and I`d still feel like crap every single morning, tired and brain dead. I just can`t, I`ll never be able to. I`m better off staying up all night, but naturally I can`t do that every night.

Sleep from 1 am- 8 am. Work 9 am- 4pm would be perfect for me. Now if only I could find a job with that schedule.

I'm not a big fan either. I have a T.V. in front of mine which helps. The belt on it is loose too so sometimes it feels like I'm slipping on ice.

You probably did if you walked a whole hour uphill.:D

Good idea.[IMG] I'll flip it upsidedown and see if there's anything I can adjust.

That IS my schedule - well, I start late, so I work late to make up for it, actually. That has been my schedule most of my life. I've had numerous run-ins with bosses about it. I've changed my ways for temporary periods of time, but I always end up drifting back to my default schedule eventually. It's a miracle I've managed to stay employed this long...bottom line is, what I do hardly ever really requires that I be at the office during regular hours...but that's not the sort of thing most managers can resist trying to fix, even if it really doesn't make much sense to fix it.

I'm not treadmilling...but I'm back on an exercise routine. Up to 32 pushups now - my intermediate goal is 50...plus exercises using free-weight dumbbells. The elliptical machine is gathering dust in my basement.

the rear roller is where all the ones I seen are adjusted...and you have to run it while adjusting to center the belt

if I ever get anything it will be elliptical...supposed to be way better for people with weak ankles

Or weak knees - that's why I got it. I inherited my knees from my mom, who now has bionic ones.
