damn v8 is awesome, delicious healthy drinkable soup! only thing bad about it is it gives you stop-sign breath
yeah your telling me i had one finally i want to quit, but im too lazy and i don't have the will power at the moment stressful times, calls for a smoke
There are two addictions to deal with when trying to get away from nicotine: The physical addiction and the psychological addiction. If you quit cold the physical addiction is gone in less than a week. Tapering off or using gum or using patches only prolongs the physical addiction. The psychological addiction can last a lifetime ... and we each need to find our own ways of dealing with stuff in our own heads .... they all work differently. Good luck to all you quitters!
Hehe, everyone's on at me to quit, but.. I don't want to. Fuck it, I LIKE smoking. I've quit for year-long periods before, so I can do it, I just don't give a shit.
i dont know what its like in canada, but in the US ryo tobacco is far cheaper than tailor mades cause the taxes on loose tobacco are only normal sales tax in most places, and in others its just far less taxed than tailor mades now even if you can't stand unfiltered cigarettes, if you're willing to give it a little effort, you can save tons of money on your smokes by taking advantage of the lower taxes on loose tobacco they sell cartons worth of empty tailor made cigarettes....paper tubes with filters already in them they also sell devices in which you load the loose tobacco and then inject it into the tubes it takes a little practice, but once you have it down, they're just as good as tailor made cigarettes, and it turns a habit which may run 30-40 bucks a month into a habit which costs less than 10 bucks a month, without cutting back. now i liked american spirits, and its quality tobacco but dont be fooled by the common assumption that it's healthier! because it fucks your shit up just as much as any other tobacco. when you look at measurements of different unhealthy substances found in the smoke of various types of cigarettes, the "organic" and "natural" brands do NOT end up being healthier they talk about how many "chemicals" are in cigarettes, but neglect to mention that most of these are not added, but are natural byproducts of burning tobacco leaves i do think american spirits taste better than many other brands, though, so i dont discourage choosing them over others-just dont think they're any better for you! anyway, its not hard or expensive to make ryo tobacco save you a lot of money, and you dont have to like hand rolled, unfiltered cowboy cigarettes to save money, but the best way to save money is to quit:cheers2: also my former roommate recently switched to RYO american spirit tobacco, and she got an injector and a metal cigarette case and buys the tubes, and it took her some practice but now her cigarettes are just as good as any storebought, imo, and she pays WAY less for them. also, she buys the tobacco by the big cans instead of the pouches, which saves even more money, and because she uses the tubes instead of the rolling papers, she ALWAYS has a shit ton of rolling papers whenever she wants to smoke a joint. actually she gets so many packs of rolling papers she usually gives them away haha:cheers2:
