    In the hardest hit areas several aspects of the chaos you predict will happen in 6 months would be in full glory by now without a lockdown.
    You wanna act their national way of handling it was an option for a place like New York?
    It has already been explained several times to you why a lockdown was (is) in order in certain areas.

    I have a nagging suspicion that this will turn out similar to what is now commonly referred to as The Great Recession; which I felt was a misnomer because I think the Great Depression was probably worse as we didn't have the same tools for mass communication/mobilization as we did in 2008 and do now.

    I just can't believe that the President hasn't shown much of anything. His response isn't noteworthy. It's almost like he doesn't think it's a very big deal.

    As for the media, they have mentioned the homeless in several articles, but their primary focus is usually on the virus and its effects on us. I don't really feel like they have let us down, honestly.

    Yeah. And if Trump said he wanted to keep businesses closed for the next year, democrats would be demanding a re-opening and abolishing social distancing
