A lesser human work force would be needed ...and dependency on government assistance would increase ... The categories of pensions maternity leave and 401k social security sick leave ..would cease to exist there would be no need with robotics.

if everything were able to shut down with the touch of a button the computerized cars on the road would also cease to run ..robotics have the potential to almost bring total domination and control of a modern society

 

Tomorrow's Promise looks like more gadgets that we don't need....

 

inventions which make life easier always an attribute ...the washing machine for instance

 

Also that is just one sliver view of critical thinking of “what if “

which could also produce possibilities of new areas of development of the human race to grow

 

I like to look at the positive while considering the negative effect any situation can produce

 

Yes... But do we need a washing machine that you program from your phone while driving a car that is on autopilot?

 

I see some driving motor cycles or the cars that run old fashion without computers ..even horse and buggy ....and also those who wash their clothes by hand....it depends how a person defines luxury I suppose

Exactly there is always a 50/50 opposing opinion which merits them both correct ..with understanding and consideration both thrive and survive

 

I myself will not be shut down by a button ..so I like both the Convenience of electricity and computers while looking for a cast iron stove that still burns with wood ...just in case

 

On a constant trampoline ...so I don’t have to chose. ....when I touch down I love and cherish the old as I spring up every new day I soar with possibility
