Well I do agree, iv seen people whose live were ruined by the abuse. If you can control you intake of any substance then its all fun and games. Once you lose control its no longer just something to do.
well here is an issue of quantity vs quality. i smoke only on friday and saturday nights, because I do not want to become a pothead. the highs I get are great, because i buy really good shit and do it so little. the simple solution is simply take a break. daily use is not a good thing, imo.
Take a break, take a month - try to take two if you can, and when you smoke again, try to keep it to 2 days on, 1 day off, at least. As far as taking a break - you'll have vivid (not scary) dreams for about a week - it's kind of a interesting 'feature'. you just need some willpower for the first 2-3 days. Enjoy your break. It makes smoking better.
