    Here the parties in the neighborhood, with live bands, fireworks, rockets, and sirens did not abate until after 5:30 am...

    A nap is in my future... but I've been having fun posting here on HipForums... so now I'm off to the sofa for a bit of quiet.

    That was me until just moments ago, the sun shone in my room all afternoon and it is 73 degrees in there!

    Out here in the kitchen area someone is rummaging so I'd best check on that.

    Good afternoon all on a cold but bright sunny day here in North Wales UK Colwyn Bay.
    I have been out for the morning papers taking 15 minute walk total, and am back home watching Football right now.

    Well I hope you saved up some sunny day memories to get you through these dark cold days... I remember one February in Princeton, MA when my sister Laurie was born. Dad flipped the Studebaker on it's roof on those icy roads rushing to the hospital in Worcester. Fortunately Mom had already been taken there in a different car... and all was OK.
