Let's see. Yesterday was almost 100 degrees out. And I ran in it. 2 Sundays ago. Samething. Ran 13 miles in it. Both times I lost 6lbs of water weight from the weekend. Heavy sodium lines both days. Today is cool out with clouds and possible storms the next few days.

People have been camping in tents there to save their place, some came all the way from America, to sleep in a tent in rainy London just to see the queen , I’m quite impressed. Sunny so far, but I spy a gray cloud, who knows lol.
