    For about 5 minutes this morning it was a complete whiteout.

    Nothing more than a light dusting but it was a reminder of what's still possible this time of the years.

    It rained through the night ...I love when it rains
    I remember the super bloom a few years back all the poppies bloomed and so many flowers between California and Nevada ...hopefully some rain will do another super bloom

    Today in La Paz we heard good news. The planned disaster in the bay with a cruise ship pier for mega cruise liners to visit has been scrapped! YaY! We don't need up to 10,000 new day trippers in this little town every day. There just simply is not enough for them to do - let alone transportation from the planned new dock miles out of town to the beaches, into and out of town, etc. Where will all eat? Not to mention the dredging of a channel for the latest HUGE cruise ships right through a marine sanctuary.

    We are happy, so is the city.

    Today the weather is about as good as it gets... :)
