Thank you so much @wyldwynd - it is always great to hear from you with such positivity! Great to enjoy the forces of nature on the edge of a continent at the sea...such ENERGY! Did you ever read "Das Energi" by Paul Williams (who lived there on the coast to you) ?
Well it officially started yesterday but mother nature uses the 21st to adjust the angle of the sun etc. Here in Beechworth the nights are drawing in and it's cooler I put my heavier grade feather quilt on the bed yesterday and will wash the lighter, summer weight one and put it away. By the way the missus is fed up with winter in Duluth ,it keeps snowing and she hates shovelling !!. Cheers,
Did you ever read "Das Energi" by Paul Williams (who lived there on the coast to you) ? I have not read this book as of yet ..I will check it out see what it is about that you for the recommendation. yes Some of my day was tearful today as my daughters sometime show me a lack of consideration for things I do for them also I think that is with setting boundaries and I have a difficult time telling them no ..ahh life is funny riddle ...I have become sterner so they see me as a human being. Later in the afternoon I spent time at the beach and was able to laugh about the day as well. The wheel turned both ways for me today. today absolutely gorgeous with sunshine and a beautiful breeze.
I don’t mind it at all, I normally go for a walk in the park when it rains, but not when it’s cold too.
No darlin' - I'm bionic - have metal hips and metal knees - I'd go rusty outdoors in the rain !!! - use WD40 for external lubrication, and BRANDY for internal use !!!

Paul was more famous for 'Crawdaddy' magazine and his being editor of Philip K. Dick's works, and political work including singing with Timothy Leary in John Lennon's bed-sit-in with Yoko. He also wrote the introduction to Ski's book 'Hippies From A to Z.' Kids. They never appreciate Mom for all the things they do... until they become parents themselves it seems...to me. Glad you turned your day around ~Peace~
So yes I read some of the reviews and seems like a very interesting man who knew how the harness every aspect of life not just viewing from one angle ...interesting character usually join with other like minds ..I consider you n skip pioneers of the ‘forum’ discussion ...I know this was the first site I connected to while joining the web that had the diversity of discussion ...haha I remember when you when you changed that forum to ‘the whiners’ lmao always prepared with the cheese if ‘free speech’ taken to far as a bunch of chickens bach bach ...ahh I love the ethic of older generations so worth its weight in gold today looks gorgeous sun is shining birds singing
Our new visitor, the cat on the wall. Trying to catch birds but they are too smart... or hide inside the bougainvillea where he dare not enter due to a thorny issue. Sun is shining and the birds do sing. That's today's weather report!
