    Actually a nice flat! Everything seems so expensive now... I remember my parents bought their first home for $16,000 in 1955... a huge four bedroom place with all wood floors, brand new on an acre lot. I saw it recently sold for $1 million US. In New York State.

    Yes Zen.
    His is a very nice apartment, and that is for sure.
    Before I fell out with him over car park spaces my Christina and I went in there around 4 times.
    But they have it almost like a show home with nothing out of place by an inch.
    Not a sign of untidiness at all.

    Our place isn't as tidy as that as you could see from our jiving vids!
    Our place has been valued recently at £280,000 so nowhere near his place.
    But then.
    His is a penthouse after all.

    I am not envious of him at all as Chris and I are very happy with our own home.

    Good Saturday morning to all my lovely HIP Forum friends.:)
    Rather windy here in Colwyn Bay and chilly.
    I have to go out soon for the Saturday papers soon and get back for football (soccer).
    Manchester United play Manchester City kick off 12.30PM GMT.
    I am rooting for Manchester City.
    Later at 3.00pm my team EVERTON play Tottenham kick off 3.00PM.
    Even more football later.
