Well it is just fine for general drinking Zen.
But it has been messed about a fair bit before it gets to our taps.

But water from a properly looked after Well tastes better in my limited experience.

 

Perfect weather this weekend for the annual Head of the Charles Regatta, The largest two-day regatta in the world, with 11,000 athletes rowing in over 1,900 boats.

Well, those left in that band played in Bournemouth last night.

 

This is nothing to do with the weather.
But what the hell.
And some might have seen this before because I think I posted on HIP sometime or other.

Actually the lighting doesn’t show too well on the dancing video as it is just mainly showing white for some reason.
I have a number of Phillips Hue Lighting all along the back wall there, which is emulsioned a very light yellow.
I can have each individual light in any colour, and for us it is very soothing while watching TV.
I change the colours to suit what mood I am in.
I can also have the lights move with the sounds from my Hi Fi speakers which are connected to the TV through my Naim amplifier if I want.
But I don’t usually bother with the moving colours situation.

I have always been a fan of using light to create a good atmosphere, and I hope this evenings lighting does that.

I hope I am not boring anyone here, but lighting in the home has always been a favourite topic of men.

The TV is 75 inches and it sure beats being in the cinema.
What with people talking and phones going off and sweet wraps and popcorn and stuff.
And Covid to worry about.
Miserable sod.
Ain’t I!
