It's a little early but the forecast for Marathon Monday is looking good.

Heartbreak Hill in Newton which begins at the 20 mile marker is considered to be the most difficult section of the race, and has been so since it was first recognized in 1936

Yes living here really is special and a lovely place to live.
Wifey and I are retired now, but what we have here we worked hard for all our working life after leaving school at age 15.
12/14 hour days, mostly shift working nights/mornings/evenings working on quality control for British Timken (Timken is an American Company) in Northampton England for mostly 6/7 day weeks.
Now it is holidays (covid willing) and keeping busy (I am never bored) simply enjoying a full life and spending money while we still have it!
After all.
We can't take it with us now Zen.
Can we!

We are looking to go to Madeira ASAP once Covid restrictions are over.
