Well to be honest with you I'm looking forward to this storm probably because my memories of past storms are such good ones. Hurricane Gloria back in 1985 helping clear away all the debris from several downed tress that fell in our yard. Hurricane Bob back in August of 1991 the power was out for two days, and of course the Perfect Storm back on October 30, 1991 - the storm of a lifetime. I'm sure most of you have heard about it or saw the movie.
I find it ironic that the one transit station in Boston that always floods during storms is the aquarium train, bus, and commuter rail station.

Well I certainly hope Hotwater is OK, hurricanes are a force to beware. I've been through a few, it is the aftermath that is the worst part. Stay safe @hotwater!
I'm watching the weather channel with chief meteorologist Jim Cantore who is at location in Point Judith Rhode Island. I'm not sure how accurate this story is but Point Judith got it's name from a fisherman who was caught at sea in heavy fog, and when his daughter spied land he said 'Pint Judith, Pint"
