    I power right through it. Ran during a heat wave a few weeks back. I was the only one running covering 6 miles.

    Today in La Paz, Hot. But compared to last year it is actually running almost ten degrees F cooler. Still have the humidity, it may get hotter later in the season, one cannot predict these things anymore.

    Last evening we had a jolly good time watching Bond, James Bond. In the original Diamonds are Forever. Highly entertaining with all the scenes from Las Vegas, where I once lived for 11 years...I had fun watching the tower where Blofeld supposedly had his pad, it was the Landmark hotel with the flying saucer top. Long gone now. The Willard White Hotel was actually the International at the tIme. After the year this film was made it became the Las Vegas Hilton for awhile.



    I love this Shirley Bassey tune!

    And the guy who played Blofeld is a famous character actor from BOURNEMOUTH, UK who was also the mad professor in Rocky Horror Show! Charles Gray... ever meet him @Candy Gal?

    Sorry you looked in and the camera was off for a while Zen.
    I was having my Brunch on me swing using me little white table there.
    And then I had a lay out on me swing/hammock for a nap.
    I am sure nobody wanted to see that!:laughing:
