I must agree, especially after viewing the sodden scene outside your windows! No fun... where's the sun? Can you at least go next door to the Pub? Have you been allowed to do that yet? Well at least there will not be a drought or water shortage in your area this year...
Today in La Paz there is sun, sky, air, water, fish in the sea, and less cruise ships in the bay. Yay! They are going away.... but the bad news is the local government has seen the light.... The thought of capturing all those tourist dollars from cruise ship passengers is too much for the politicians all eagerly lined up to stuff cash into their pockets. The plan is for a cruise ship terminal here in the bay which has never allowed them before. It is a fragile pristine environment out in the bay. Whale sharks, fish farms, shrimp farms, tourists in kayaks, small fishing boats and even stand up paddleboarders.
12 °C°F Precipitation: 12% Humidity: 77% Wind: 27 mph Bournemouth, UK Thursday 20:00 Mostly cloudy I so want to fly to the sunshine. This traffic light system made me think of a song. lol AND willsjane.
No Sun that I saw Zen. And the weather forecast is for rain and high winds all night and into tomorrow. Regarding that Pub which is called The Toad. Wifey and I are not really fussed on that one, so never even go in there. They have piped music on most of the time too loud and not to our taste, so that is that! Never mind. We have 8 pubs near us which are better which in a 20 minute walk, so no worries. Real Ale for me Zen. Mine is a Spitfire! Cheers!
PS. We can now go into pubs from last Monday. Will go into one the weekend so testing like. The new 5 minute time edit limit is a bit of a pain really in my opinion. Not a fan. But if it is staying I wish it was at least 15 minutes.
Glad you can enjoy a good pub! Excellent! I upgraded you to Senior Member regarding your account status... now you have unlimited time to edit your own posts.
...... Thank you for that and for generally speaking looking after me (and everyone else) Zen. But ME? Senior Member? WOW! I am honoured! Yes I have always been a big fan of pubs and restuarants and entertainment and dancing and and holidays and fun and just generally having a ball. Life is too short to do anything else! .......
