My girlfriend, though a lot of the poetry critics on here may not say she does in the best of ways (she makes me mushy =D)

    Who or what inspires you?

Family. No matter how much some of them may piss me off i can always learn something from them, and they are my closest allies because of it.

Have you ever been to a tv live professional sports event of some kind?

An NHRA drag race I went to might have been televised, but I didn't notice; but Steelers games.

I saw them kick the Patriots ass once on Halloween 2004, Ben Roethlisberger's first season. Included a ran back Brady interception.

Have you ever tried to make a movie, music video, or funny Internet video?

I've filmed myself driving with my camera attached to the front, but never put it online. I've stayed away form all of that on purpose.

Could you do 100 pull ups correctly in a hour?

when I was about 15 we had a drama class at school where the teacher videoed us doing a short sketch.
I was mortally embarrassed by my effort,
and I sincerely hope that tape has been consigned to Satan's bowels.

have you ever sung to a live audience?

Nossir. I'm lightweight and happy to be.
I have some unripe tobacco...well,it's green,so I ASSUME it's unripe...for when the pain kicks in a tad too hard, but other than that my drug is espresso.
I do get through a LOT of espresso.

    Anyone follow Formula 1?

Yeah, just last week. My daughter said something to me that was so beautiful and complimentary I had to stop everything for a few minutes to collect myself.

Are there songs that are so wonderful to you that it almost hurts to listen to them?

I really do like Cindy Lauper's 'True Colours'.
Those words describe a friend I have who's had a shit life from the age of five-yet her spirit is indomitable. Her father passed her round his friends at the age of five, and it continued until she ran away at 12yo.
It's marked her soul, but for some eldritch reason I'm her trusted friend.
Then,at 26,her home was set on fire while she was alone, asleep and helpless. She suffered burns to her body and face, her nostrils were burnt off...yet when I visited her in hospital she was smiling-bald,burnt,in pain-and smiling just because I'd come to see her.
    'True Colours' describes her.
Love her?-yes,but in a most protective way.
Is it sexual? No-and never will be...but I am just honoured to have her trust and be her trusted friend.
The chances of me ever letting her trust in me down are absolute zero.

Ok... a ride in the Tardis-where/when to?

No, I've only read like 100 books I've just discovered recently :(

    I wish I was though!

I read comics constantly though. And I think some graphic novels are unarguably legitimate literature =)

Has there ever been a movie or book that just completely went over your head?

Sure, I had to watch both 2001: A Space Odyssey and the Big Lebowski about 3 times each before I fully understood them.

What's your favorite (if you had to choose one) album of all time?

    Good one ^ Luna.

I change my mind every so often but I tend to be Heavy Metal oriented,so If I had to go for just one,it's be Deep Purple's 'Fireball'.

would you rather hear a well-executed improvised drum or guitar solo?

Drum solo always. I love guitar, but something about drumming has always turned me on in the music world.

Have you ever smoked something tell your chest hurt?

Yea when I smoked cigs I'd smoke even if I was coughing my lungs out.

How often do you go bare foot in public?

I don't. Nothing against it,it just 'aint my thang'-besides which we have loads of adders around here [vipers] n stomping on one barefoot really isn't a good idea.

My mobile phone has innumerable apps-I use just 4. How about you?

Have you ever been extremely sad but couldn't cry?

I tend to only use it when abroad in the truck broony-that's why I have no idea what all the app icons are.

Crying is something I've NEVER been able to do. VERY violent childhood,my father would batter me senseless-I'd come to in a hospital bed...then a series of children's homes, finally running away to join the Merchant Navy at 15,so tears were always something other people did.

Does anyone still use a CB radio that side of the Atlantic?

my friends. they're really inspirational people.
Also, nature. Nature keeps me feeling zen, which keeps the creative energy flowing.

I helped my friends' band make a music video. It was fun; we just got high and ran around a huge field for a couple of hours.

    I can't even do one.

yes but I can't think of any specific ones right now.

yes, although I haven't really read anything in the last few months other than bits and pieces of a couple of nonfiction books.

I don't do well with action movies with complex plots. They just don't interest me enough to keep paying attention to every little twist and turn.

Also, I've seen Pulp Fiction about 6 times and I've never been sober while watching it. I still couldn't really tell you a plot synopsis of the movie. Its not that its hard to understand, its that I never really remember it very clearly.

hmmmm....Pink Floyd Animals, maybe. I don't know. Thats a tough one.

I don't make a point to go barefoot but sometimes I run out of the house with no shoes without thinking about it.

I never really cry whenever someone close to me dies.

Right now i'm extremely stressed and frustrated and all I want to do is cry but I can't.

no but I wouldn't mind having one. I feel like I could have some fun with it.

When is the last time you cried and over what?
