bragging thread huh? i'm good at this last week i beat a bjj brown belt who's training for a cagefight and weighs 10 lbs more than me in a grappling match with light strikes. i faked the 1-2 went in for the takedown, got him elevated, slammed him to the mat, then got to side control and maintained it the whole time. landed quite a few blows. if it was in the cage, i think i woulda tkoed the guy. ALMOST got 285 up on bench monday. got it up about halfway 'n held it there for a good 30 seconds, then let out a huge tarzan-got-stuck-in-a-bear-trap yell and the bar slowly went down. (i had a spotter)

Well, I love children, working with them. And I work as a volunteer in an orphanage for an abused and battered children. It is like this. Social workers find children from a bad family, or who was abused. They bring them to us. And we have some professionals here of course. But there some people like me. Volunteers who want to help. And our work is that they assign us one child we have to visit once or twice a week. At the beginning it is two or three hours per week. I meet the child, and I´m trying to be a friend for him/her that he/she has never had. First you do that supervised. But when they know you are serious about that, they let you go out with the child, and you can meet more often. I´m doing this now for about a year. And I´m taking care about a girl called Barbara, she is 8 years old. They assign her to me in December 2009. So we know each other almost a year. And I can tell you, this is the most amazing thing. After that year...I can see her smiling actually. After everything what happened to her it make me so happy. I have to share with you this joy.
