however, i am having a hard time believing that a city such as baltimore would provide you with a permit for a huge festival without more substantial planning...

well theres something fishy as he was online all yesterday afternoon and never gave a explanation.

it may be as innocent as just bein juvenile and lettin his dreams override reality.. or he may have just out and out lied intensionally thinking we were all to stupid to use logic and do some research..

yes the concept is great,however i have family in baltimore and am somewhat familiar with the demographics an i find all this hard to believe..

i for one am very curious to see what the truth is...

 

I was PMing him last night and after about 3 messages he told me he was tripping and would talk to me tomorrow. It says his last activity was at 5:03, but that's because he didn't close his browser, most likely. I'm sure he will be on here later today.

Weird, he was on, and viewing this thread, but didn't post.

 

"tripping" usually means under the influence of lsd or mushrooms or some other psychedelic, and those don't show up on drug tests. so as long as he wasn't smoking the reef whilst tripping, he's in the clear.

it has nothing to do with bein touchy,it has to do with morals and standing up for what is right..

 

well as far as i can see, a tim leary festival isn't exactly on the same level as foreign policy, though of course no one likes to be lied to and we're all kinda pissed.

anyway, i live in austin. i think it's a much more likely location for a festival of this sort. we could celibrate hoffman, leary, mckenna, the merry pranksters, the beat generation... i don't know about the free part, but who knows? any acid-tripping millionaires around hipforums?
