this sucks (dread disaster!)

    It looks like you have healthy strong thick hair frm the pics and from what i have read, it can be more difficult to dread thick hair. But you can always do pieces at a time. T& R a few and see if they will stay in. =) Your hair looks really good either way right now though.

    thanks daisy, I might do that, I am thinking about using some rubber bands to hold it in for the first couple of days too

    You could try twine. These were mine at 4 months with a bit of hemp helping the ones that were still not knotting:

    Try a nettle rinse for the dandruff. Also look into your diet.

    I'd work on the oil issues like everyone else said.
