I don't know if this really fits into the theme of this thread, but it's something that pops into my head a lot while I'm on this site:

I hate it when people try so fuckin hard to be "hippies" in the way they dress, their ideals and morals, and even their taste in music. It's cool if those are actual parts of your personality and it's actually who you are, but don't act/feel/dress a certain way just so you can look/seem like a cookie-cutter hippie. It's fuckin annoying.

Something I just thought to add here...

I made the perfect Egg in a Basket today (aka frog in a hole aka egg in a hole-its an egg in a piece of toast that you fry up) and I mean perfect in that the bread turned nicely and the egg fit right into the hole and fried up good without breaking the yolk or anything. It was absolutely perfect. I love it when that happens. It makes me so happy haha

Do you ever wish you were a Texan?

Ridin' all the cattle and whistlin' at the big blue moon.

I wish I were a Texan so I could speak in broken Spanish and wear cowboy boots with spurs (not to mention those cowhide vests).

Kentucky just isn't hardcore enough for me.

What makes this really funny is that my cousin is watching an episode of Spongebob about Texas.

Apparently, there are a million different names for it. I always called it a shot glass egg because when I was little my Dad made the hole with a shot glass. Seems like everyone calls it something different.

aww shit...I thought I had invented that

I take toast and cut a square hole in it and then drop it in a frying pan... add a small piece of ham or bacon into the hole.. ...crack an egg into the hole and then put the square toast lid back on and fry it up
