Go to Little Italy tucked in near Chinatown too. It has a pretty cool pizzeria...happy hour pizza slices for a dollar.

I mean, I have had better pizza for sure but for a dollar, can't do much better. Got two huge slices for two dollars...got a 3rd...than (I guess) I got a 4th slice free...so 4 for $3...guess the people their liked me . Pretty basic typical pizzas, but tasty when exploring after a day.

don't know how helpful that is, but also on weekends there is usually stuff going on at union square! it's awesome, i've seen cool street fests and music playin and whatever else

 

Lay in the grass and see the shapes in the clouds.
Take a nap under
Talk to strangers
Go to stores and try ridiculous clothes on
Go for a walk and take pictures
There's a bunch of free museums, or free museums day in NYC
Go to a park on a sunny day, theres always people playing guitar or doing some kind of street performance. At least in places like Washington Square and Union Square.
Get colorful chalk and draw on sidewalks
Do volunteer work
Clean
Organize your closet according to type of clothing. Shirts, pants, skirts, dresses, then organize those from casual to going out clothes and then organize it by color, haha, I know, Im a bit crazy. My closet is not like that at the moment, but thats only because I need more hangers
Ride the subway
