Jesus, so how do you manage to sleep at night?

 

Anywhere from 1-2 inches long . The picture is deceptive. I only see them around the seasonal changes. So, I am hoping that the cold weather will kill 'em off. They move super fast, so they are more startling than anything--darting across the floor, you see em out of the corner of your eye.

Never knew these things existed until I lived near the coast; honestly, I could have done without knowing about them.

 

I'm mad because the owl said it only takes 3 licks to get to the center of a tootsie pop! Such shenanigans!!!!

Centipede...

 

House centipedes are known for killing pests in your house that are completely unwelcome. They kill roaches, moths, flies, silverfish and termites. They are totally harmless to people and pets...

 

That's a relief. Not like those in Hawaii that are poisonous.

 

yeah, those were unpleasant enough without knowing what they look like close up...

 

In this context, 1-2 inches is big.

 

Anything that has more than 4 legs that it's 1" long is too big. I think.

 

When someone on here posts about how insanely jealous he/she is with their partner but proceed to flirt with the opposite sex and overshare their sexual turn ons with them on here. Lol *smh*

They say people who are the most jealous are that way because they themselves act inappropriately so they probably think their partners will do the same. You really shouldn’t be jealous if you do the very things you don’t want your partner to do.

When Halloween hasn't even happened yet, and Christmas advertisements are everyyyywhere. Poor Thanksgiving. It literally gets no attention at all.

 

When people arent really good at having pets but keep getting them anyways

I know a woman who has single handedly created a feral cat colony in her neighborhood because she has 2 outdoor cats she's never gotten fixed. And now she's bragging about how well she treats her new kitten and bought it a cat bed and toys and blah blah...but we all know that kitten will be outside, unfixed, once it is no longer a cute kitten anymore

And then I know someone else who has had several dogs, she'll get one then a few months later rehome it because she cant give it the attention it deserves...but then a few months later she'll get another dog

These things drive me crazy

 

Pedestrians that ignore the flow of traffic. Background: California state law says yield to pedestrians in crosswalks. And so... what I see a lot of is people entering crosswalks despite the oncoming traffic. Not so much at lights, but in neighborhoods at stop signs, or particularly in parking areas (even out of crosswalks they just jump right in). That bothers me. Also on pedestrians: people not worried about holding up traffic. Just moseying across... slowly... Lol.
