The damn rain today is annoying me!

 

A bit of a rant...so today I ventured out to do a little shopping, for man stuff.
I needed a coffee, in order to get my beverage, I have to wear a mask and stand in the designated area..i finally get to the counter ..now ...it begins..
Costa my coffee shop of choice has a cup of money with some beans on the counter for some reason, it doesn't say help yourself but it is bad skills not to. Ah yes, when you are waiting for a black coffee (no not an “Americano”, just a f***ng black coffee), and there is some snowflake in front who says “Can I get.......” then wants a latte frappe wankerchino with cinnamon and coconut milk with a maple syrup and mocha foam and wants to pay with his latest apple £999 mugphone, but takes 20 attempts before switching to his “save the dolphin” Visa card.., and you just want to saw his man bun off with a chainsaw. Stabbing him a wooden stirrer was not an option either. Bastards!

I dreaded seeing a couple in front of me at the bagel shop, knowing they each would order something that took several minutes to prepare. Then they had to disuses what muffins they wanted. Fortunately, I was a regular so often one of the other's taking orders would see me and make my bagel with a smear and black coffee so I would not be late for work.

 

I just don't like people sneezing near me anymore!

 

I was never fond of people sneezing near me before the pandemic.

 

True for me also, in fact, it makes me jump.

Technically sneezing isn't a symptom of Covid.

But yeah, if you're quarantined with a permanently sick dwarf, you're likely to catch the common cold too.

 

Ever had deep fried spam burgers matey ??? - dip slices of spam in batter - deep fry till golden brown, slap on a slice of bread with salt, pepper and brown sauce and place the second slice on top !!! - how's that for a filling snack ???
