I have been both overweight and underweight. I have battled depression, anxiety and all the associated medical problems since I was 17. But one thing I have learned and this was from my late grandmother, when she told me. "Mel, all women are beautiful, what shape they come in, is a matter only for the creator to decide." I think what she was trying to say is, its no ones friggin business. At 53kgs, not so long ago (I'm 5'4") I was rejected for a modeling job because I was deemed as being a little too heavy....

 

Just sayin if one were truly physical attractive , they would not discount that value.

What seems deceptive to me is that you seem to project the hateful and sick behaviour of some fatties on all of them. So yes, it would of course be wrong if obese people would do this but not because they are obese people (as you like to portray it) but primarily because of this hateful and sick behaviour itself. That they are obese might be another problem (not mine) but don't get them mixed up. Nasty behaviour against our fellow people to make ourselves feel better is expressed by both thin and fat people. That one is and the other isn't politically correct is also a non issue for me since I prefer to ignore all PC. Nasty behaviour is bad mkay..? It also just happens. Not worth stigmatizing a certain body type because of it.

 

I'm not sure that anyone who is still posting at this point has stated that phyisical attraction doesn't matter.

I feel that there's been such a idolization of being thin over the years that bigger girls/women have felt inferior. I have no problem with women embracing their curves. On the other hand, I have no problems with woman who are naturally thin.

Beauty remains to be subjective and always will be, this does not have to be a problem but most likely will cause insecurity and dickish behaviour until the end of time.
